At Carlin Brothers Coffee, we strive for the perfect brew every time; however, due to the perishable nature of coffee, we can only accept returns on non-food merchandise and equipment within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is a non-perishable product such as a mug, apparel, or brewing equipment in its original, unused packaging.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and ship them back to our warehouse using the provided return address; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
